The first look at a new hotel on West 15th Street is now available.
The building at 414 West 15th Street, designed by CetraRuddy, will be 25 stories and 285 feet tall. The hotel will be located between Ninth and Tenth avenues, right by Chelsea Market, according to New York YIMBY. The renderings look like the building will be dominated by gray brick and casement windows.
The hotel will come with a rooftop, 158 rooms and multiple event spaces. The property is being developed by The Rockpoint Group, Highgate Holdings, and Meilman Family Real Estate
