In New York, private pools are the new private elevators

Just because summer is over doesn’t mean you have to give up your spot by the pool — as long as you have a cool $15 million to throw down on a condo with a private watering hole of your own. “It’s become more feasible to deliver a building with multiple pools on top of one another than it was even five years ago,” says Ryan Serhant of New York real estate brokerage firm Nest Seekers. “It’s a luxury, but it’s not a crazy one, like a bocce court — this is something homeowners will use.”
