Construction has reached the 13th floor on the 28-story, 104-unit mixed-use tower under development at 200 East 95th Street (a.k.a. 1681 Third Avenue), on the Upper East Side. The latest building permits indicate the tower, dubbed the Kent, will eventually encompass 317,664 square feet and rise 392 feet to its pinnacle. It will have 13,225 square feet of retail space across the ground floor and the first cellar level. The residential units above, which will be condominiums, will range from two- to five-bedrooms, averaging 2,500 square feet apiece.
