135 West 52nd Street
135 West 52nd Street is a new condo currently under construction at 135 West 52nd Street in New York. The project is scheduled for completion in 2014. The project has a total of 109 units.
The CetraRuddy-designed condo features a permanent (and prominent) lighting installation by Thierry Dreyfus, the Parisian designer whose work has graced Versailles and Notre Dame. The 109 unit, 47-story condo consists of one- to four-bedrooms (including five penthouses) ranging from $1.5 million to over $10 million. Another bright spot: the 12,000-squarefoot residence club with fitness center. Sales launch this spring; closings are expected in late 2015.
This luxury condo was previously known as The Flatotel, a 46-story Times Square hotel, sold for $180 million after it went out of business in 2013.
Originally the Flat Hotel, a partnership between investors Joseph Chetrit and David Bistricer decided to develop it as a luxury new condo and we are really looking forward seeing the results.
