The Time Warner Center (formerly knows as the AOL Time Warner Center) consists of two side-by-side towers in the heart of Columbus Circle. The North Tower, 80 Columbus Circle, is 80 floors high and consists of 166 condo apartments.  The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, has Jazz at Lincoln Center and studios for CNN television. Connecting the two towers are the Shops at Columbus Circle, which contain many high-end retailers and Whole Foods.  Residents enter on 58th Street.

Apart from the Jazz at Lincoln Center within the hotel, the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental is located near other entertainment centers, such as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and the Broadway shows.

Restaurants, bars, delis, and coffee places are located near the Time Warner Buildings.  A walk along the Hudson River is only three blocks away. The Museum Mile is along Fifth Avenue on the other side of Central Park and the Theater District of Times Square is a 15 to 20 minute walk.

The apartments contain the same detailing as the hotel guest rooms and suites and, as such, are highly sought after locations for prospective buyers, and therefore are able to command 4 times the price.

Residents have access to all of the hotel services including the glass enclosed swimming pool, hotel spa, maid service,  roof deck, and screening room.
