Hoyt is a native New Yorker who grew up on the Upper East side and is currently living in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. After studying English lit at Kenyon College, and a year living in Melbourne, Australia, Hoyt returned to New York. On home turf, he found his passion for real estate as he worked to buy and manage residential properties for his family’s investment portfolio. His favorite, to date, is when he scouted, identified, financed, purchased, renovated and leased out a 3-story house in brownstone Brooklyn and joined the wonderful community in Prospect Lefferts.

Hoyt excels at the financial side of real estate, with a talent for working up and analyzing the numbers for your investment. With his clients, Hoyt’s goal is to introduce people to the richness of New York’s kaleidoscopic cultural landscape, and support them as they achieve their dream of home ownership.

In his free time, Hoyt loves cooking, exploring new restaurants, playing basketball, and reading.
