Bill has an extensive knowledge of the vast New York City market and real estate trends. Based on his expertise in real estate and architecture, and real estate consulting. He is able to continually fulfill clients’ brokerage needs.

Bill is a member of the Association of Builders and Owners, REBNY, AIA and on the Board of Directors at Civitas.

A native of Virginia, Bill received his degree from Virginia Tech- Masters in Architecture.

As a residential and pre-construction architect. Bill has been involved with projects totaling over two million square feet in the New York market such as The Lenox, Fifth on the Park, and Loft 14. In addition, Bill has built the Chatwal Hotel and has done extensive work on the Dream Hotels in New York City. He has worked extensively throughout the United States, Russia, China and Europe.
